In 16 query pairs on one evening, 8 of 16 pairs shared no organic URL between two identical captures and 2 of 16 were identical, while 8 of 15 pairs with references shared no cited URL. We cannot say whether Google or our collection method explains it. This is a small methods note, not a rate for Google.
